Annelyse Oatway is a nurse and young mother that resides on the sunny Gold Coast.  Annelyse is incredibly passionate about cooking and has a channel dedicated to sharing her recipes that boasts over 9.5K members. Annelyse quickly became a social media personality after sharing her life online as a ‘bonus mum’ to 3 year old, Posy. Her relationship with her step-daughter has captivated many as she continues to try and change the stigma around step-parent relationships.

Annelyse and Matt welcomed their adorable baby boy Parker to their family in May 2025 and got engaged in November 2025 with plans to marry in late 2026. Annelyse has taken her followers along on an authentic journey of motherhood, cooking, co-parenting and wellness and continues to inspire many as she shares her real and raw postpartum experiences with her audience.
