Kyah
English
Kyah English is a former professional taekwondo athlete turned dedicated sports nutritionist.
Kyah is an athlete who blends science with soul to help both high‑performance competitors and everyday people fuel stronger bodies, sharper minds and bigger dreams. Having represented Australia internationally in taekwondo, Kyah competed at major events, including the 2017 World Championships. Her years in elite sport exposed her not just to physical demands, but to the often overlooked nutritional and psychological challenges that accompany performance sport.
This lived experience inspired Kyah to pursue formal study in nutrition and dietetics, providing her with the scientific foundation to amplify her athlete’s insight. Today, she translates that unique combination of athlete mindset and evidence‑based nutrition into accessible, meaningful advice, guiding athletes to optimise performance and everyday individuals to build sustainable habits rooted in strength and clarity.
Her mission is simple but powerful, helping clients to move beyond diet culture, embrace movement and nourishment as tools for thriving, and achieve more than they ever thought possible. Kyah’s own journey from competitive dojo to nutrition clinic reminds us that the way we fuel our bodies and minds plays a pivotal role in determining how we show up in the world, both physically and mentally.
