Developed by the ICON Creators Division, the program brings together a select group of emerging talent, influencers, current ICON models, and actors ready to take their content creation and personal branding to the next level.

What the Program Offers

The #ICONic Incubation Program provides a professional development pathway for creators who are ready to grow their online presence strategically and sustainably.

Participants receive:

• Monthly strategy sessions with ICON’s Creator team
• Hands-on mentoring and tailored growth tools
• Exclusive UGC briefs from aligned brands to build their client portfolio
• Access to industry events, gifting lists, and educational seminars
• Inclusion in a peer group chat for continued collaboration and support

The goal? To equip creators with the strategy, structure, and confidence needed to build long-term careers in the evolving digital landscape.

Opportunities for Brands

ICON is also inviting brands to collaborate directly with the program by supplying UGC content-creation briefs.
This provides companies with:
