Lachie Pringle is a Sydney-based broadcaster, MC, actor, musician, and podcaster with a diverse presence across radio, live events, screen, and stage.

Lachie is the anchor of Lu & Jarch, a national weekday program on Triple M, airing 2–4pm. Known for his sharp comedic timing and genuine sports knowledge, he has built a loyal audience through his blend of entertainment, music, and banter.

He is also co-host of Playing & Simple, a sport comedy podcast that has cultivated a dedicated cult following for its irreverent take on sport and games.

As an MC and Ground Announcer, Lachie has worked closely with NRL club the Wests Tigers and the Beer Footy Food Festival, bringing energy and professionalism to live event hosting.

His creative pursuits extend to the stage and screen, where he has appeared in a range of theatrical productions and television commercials. He also has a background in music, having previously fronted indie rock bands The Tints and Buffalo Paradise.
