Every season, ahead of the shows, talent agencies produce their show packs — a curated showcase of model talent sent directly to casting directors, designers and brands. It is one of the most important traditions in the modelling industry, and for ICON Management, it is an opportunity to present our roster at its very best.

This year, we went further than ever before. Rather than a straightforward card production, ICON created a full runway campaign — complete with photography, videography, styling, hair and makeup — shot on location at the stunning 25 Hours Hotel Sydney. The result is a show pack that doubles as a campaign, and a campaign that feels like a genuine runway moment.

The Production

Shot by photographer @sonnyphotos and captured on video, the production brought together an exceptional creative team to deliver a cohesive, elevated aesthetic across every frame. With styling by @georgiekar, hair by @stephaniedelll and makeup by @she.by.sharry, @julianne__simon and @alliboyle, every detail was considered — from the first fitting through to the final shot.

Creative direction was led by our ICON team, ensuring the campaign translated seamlessly from the moment it went live.
