The #ICONic Incubator Program returns for round two

Building on the success of its inaugural 2025 cohort, ICON Management's creator development initiative is back — and bigger. Meet the second round of emerging talent shaping the future of digital content in Australia.

When ICON Management launched the #ICONic Incubator Program in 2025, the goal was straightforward: give Australia's most promising emerging creators the tools, mentorship and real-world experience needed to build sustainable, long-term careers in the digital space. The results spoke for themselves.

Now in its second round in 2026, the program has welcomed 10 new participants — a carefully selected cohort of emerging creators who are ready to take their personal brand and online presence to the next level. Over the next six months, they will be guided, challenged and elevated by ICON's Creator Division team.

What is the #ICONic Incubator Program?

The #ICONic Incubator Program is a six-month digital growth initiative developed by ICON Management — one of Australia's leading talent agencies. The program is designed to educate and amplify the next generation of micro and nano creators across Instagram and TikTok bridging the gap between talent and professional, brand-ready content creation.

Unlike generic social media courses or online coaching programs, the ICON Incubator is built around real-world experience. Participants don't just learn strategy — they put it into practice through live brand briefs, social campaigns and hands-on mentoring from industry professionals.

What participants receive:

Monthly strategy sessions: One-on-one time with ICON's Creator team to build a tailored growth roadmap.

Live brand briefs: Exclusive Campaign opportunities with aligned brands to build a real client portfolio.

Industry access: Events, gifting lists, seminars and the wider ICON network.

Peer community: A private group of fellow participants for collaboration, accountability and support.

Built on proven results

The inaugural 2025 round of the ICON Incubator Program produced tangible outcomes for its participants — from secured brand partnerships to measurable audience growth and professional content portfolios. Past participants have gone on to produce Social Campaigns for brands including Puma, Breville, LuluLemon and more, with many continuing to grow their presence across social platforms well beyond the program's conclusion.

That track record is what makes the 2026 round so exciting.

ICON enters this cohort with refined processes, stronger brand relationships and a clearer roadmap for each participant's growth.
